SERVING RECOMMENDATION

If you like it nice and thick, add more chocolate and stir longer. If you prefer it light and not so dense, thin it out with water or milk. As you like it!

If you want to get a delicious drinking chocolate a la Taza you must follow these steps:

1. Heat the milk until is warm.
2. Add the square pieces of chocolate bar (4 pieces for each 200ml of milk).
3. Stir over low heat. Remove from the heat before boiling.
4. Leave to settle for a few minutes before serving.

INGREDIENTS

 GLUTEN FREE

Sugar, cocoa mass, rice flour, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavorings. May contain traces of almonds, hazelnuts, and milk. Cocoa solids: 38% minimum. Suitable for coeliac.
