Antonio Romero Chistorra from León is a premium fresh sausage made from select cuts of pork, seasoned with traditional Spanish spices including paprika, garlic, and salt. Following an authentic recipe from the region of León, it offers a bold, smoky flavor with a mildly spicy kick.
With its juicy texture and rich aroma, this chistorra is stuffed in natural casing and lightly cured, making it ideal for grilling, pan-frying, or baking. It’s perfect served as a tapa, in a sandwich, or as a flavorful addition to more elaborate dishes.

SERVING RECOMMENDATION
This chistorra is uncooked and should be fully cooked before serving:
