    This product is temperature-sensitive and requires UPS EXPRESS or FEDEX EXPRESS shipping. We pack all frozen items carefully using thermal insulation and ice packs. However, due to shipping conditions beyond our control, some thawing may occur during transit—particularly in warmer seasons or longer-distance deliveries.

    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

    For bold, juicy flavour and exceptional marbling, Cabecero de Cerdo Ibérico is one of Spain’s most prized pork cuts.

    Cut from the shoulder collar area of the Ibérico pig, this piece is naturally marbled, tender, and deeply savoury. Its rich fat content gives it outstanding flavour and allows it to stay juicy whether grilled, pan-seared, or slow-roasted.

    Perfect for chefs, home cooks, and Ibérico lovers, this cut is best prepared simply so the natural quality of the pork can shine.

    As an artisanal butchered product, each piece may vary slightly in weight, shape, and marbling.


    STORAGE & CARE

    Keep frozen at -18°C (0°F)

    Do not refreeze once thawed

    Best consumed within 6 months of purchase

    Once thawed, keep refrigerated and cook within 24–48 hours


    SERVING RECOMMENDATION

    Cabecero is versatile and excellent when grilled, roasted, or pan-seared.

    Allow to thaw completely and bring to room temperature before cooking.

    Season simply with salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil.

    Cook whole as a roast, or slice into thick steaks.

    Grill or pan-sear for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and caramelized.

    Rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.

    Serve with roasted potatoes, Romesco sauce, charred vegetables, or a splash of sherry vinegar for balance.
