    This narrow-cut vela salchichón is cured slowly for 45 days in natural drying rooms, allowing its full flavour to develop. Made from select Ibérico pork and a delicate mix of spices, it’s perfect for slicing thin and enjoying any time of day — with bread, cheese, or a splash of extra virgin olive oil.

    Ibérico pork, salt, lactose, dextrose, milk protein, skimmed milk powder, spices, preservatives (E-250, E-252), acidity regulator (E-331iii).

    Serving & Storage Info
