Note this product is despatched frozen, defrost before cooking. Do not refreeze if allowed to thaw.
SERVING RECOMMENDATION
Simple preparation:
- Season the insides with salt
- Place on wooden sticks in roasting tray with water
- Cook skin-down at 180°C for 1.5 hours
- Flip and cook skin-up for 1.5 hours
- Serve gravy separately to maintain crispy skin
