Made in Málaga, Spain, Corazón del Sol Traditional Quince Paste is a classic dulce de membrillo crafted with carefully selected quince and sugar. Slowly cooked following a traditional family recipe, it develops a concentrated fruit flavour and a firm yet tender texture, with mellow sweetness balanced by the quince's naturally delicate tartness. Made with 55% quince and 45% sugar, it contains more fruit than sugar and is crafted without artificial colours or preservatives. It's gluten-free, high in fibre, and ideal for cheeseboards, appetizers, and desserts.
Slice or cube and serve with Manchego, Mahón, Idiazábal, goat cheese, or other aged and creamy cheeses. It can also be paired with bread, crackers, or toast, or incorporated into pastries, salads, and savoury appetizers.
