    INGREDIENTS + INFO

    Pasteurized Manchega sheep milk, salt, calcium chloride, rennet, lactic ferments, lysozyme (egg). Rind: contains natamycin and colourings (plain caramel, annatto norbixin). Rind not edible.

    Storage & Serving Tips

    Keep refrigerated in its vacuum-sealed packaging. Once opened, wrap in plastic or store in an airtight container. Always serve at room temperature to bring out its full aroma and flavour.
