    INGREDIENTS + INFO

    Pasteurized sheep’s milk, black garlic paste (3%), salt, calcium chloride, rennet, lysozyme (egg), lactic ferments. Rind contains natamycin. Rind not edible.

    Storage & Serving Tips

    Keep refrigerated in its vacuum-sealed packaging. Once opened, store wrapped or in an airtight container. Serve at room temperature for full flavour and aroma.
