    SERVING RECOMMENDATION

    Cabecero is versatile and delicious when grilled, roasted, or pan-seared.

    • Cook whole or slice into thick steaks

    • Season with salt, pepper, and olive oil

    • Grill or pan-sear for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown

    • Rest for 5–10 minutes before serving
