Our delicious range of cured Iberian pork specialties is made with the same delicate attention to detail and stringent quality used for our Ibérico hams. Tradition-steeped knowledge combined with the most innovative, demanding, thorough processes and natural raw materials, are the keys to the range of intense flavors offered by our cured pork chorizo.
Made with a mixture of carefully selected, coarsely chopped lean meat, to which common salt, garlic, and paprika are added to give it its characteristic reddish color. The careful traditional production process, combined with the most innovative techniques, gives rise to a selection of sublime pieces. The Chorizo Ibérico de bellota is cured for 6 months.
It is cured in natural dryers for four months.
STORAGE & CARE
Store me in a cool and dry place. Keep me refrigerated once opened.
Open me 30 minutes before consumption at room temperature. Enjoy me with good company.
It is a product that is ready to eat, just cut it into slices and accompany it with some Spanish Crackers and a good glass of wine. If you want to prepare a more complete appetizer, you can also add some of your favorite Olives, Chips...
Pork, salt, paprika, extra virgin olive oil, dextrose, dextrin, lactose, soy protein, milk protein, emulsifiers (E-450i, E-452i, E-451i), spices, acidity regulator (E-331iii), preservatives (E-250 and E-252) and antioxidant (E-301).
