    This 12-month-aged Manchego is coated in dried Spanish rosemary, infusing every bite with a warm, herbal aroma that complements its nutty, savoury flavour. Firm yet creamy, it's a standout on any cheese board and a classic pairing with wine, nuts, and charcuterie.

    To preserve freshness, we strongly recommend next-day delivery during summer months. While we include ice packs, standard shipping may result in heat damage. Refunds will not be issued if standard delivery is selected.

    INGREDIENTS + INFO

    Pasteurized sheep’s milk, salt, rennet, calcium chloride, lysozyme (egg), lactic ferment. Rind contains natamycin, pork lard, rosemary. Rind not edible.

    Storage & Serving Tips

    Unopened, refrigerate for up to 6 months. Once opened, consume within 3–4 weeks. Do not freeze. Serve at room temperature for best texture and flavour.
