We recommend storing it at room temperature, without exposing it to direct sunlight, and keeping it tightly closed when not in use.
Made out of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon wine and aged in barrels for 8 years. At first, it's intense with a marked presence of ripe fruits, chocolate, coffee, and balsamic notes. The aftertaste is elegant, deep, and bittersweet. Is produced in Tarragona, Catalonia from cabernet sauvignon grapes.
The addition of grape juice gives this vinegar a more rounded flavor profile, making it perfect as a counterpoint to savory dishes, and wonderful when used in desserts. The complexity of flavor imbued by the solera aging process is perfect when used in reductions, sauces, and dressings.
