PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Sourced from the high plains of northern Spain, this Chorizo de León is a bold, smoky sausage made using traditional methods passed down through generations. Lightly smoked over wood and cured for a short time, it delivers a juicy, rustic texture and an intense paprika flavour that has made it a staple of Spanish barbecue and stews.
Made with premium pork, pork fat, and natural spices, this coarse-textured sausage comes in a generous 500g piece, perfect for grilling whole or slicing into hearty dishes. A signature of León’s artisanal charcuterie heritage, this is chorizo at its most authentic—no additives, no shortcuts, just bold, honest flavour.
STORAGE & CARE
- Keep frozen at -18°C (0°F).
- Do not refreeze once thawed.
- For best quality, consume within 6 months of purchase.
- Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume within 5–7 days.
SERVING RECOMMENDATION
This chorizo is lightly cured and best enjoyed cooked:
