Las Hermanas Sweet Smoked Peppers Flakes

Oakwood is used to dry peppers, and these flakes are a great alternative to ground "pimentón". To add a unique touch to your stew, use thin and delicate flakes of smoked sweet paprika. The sweet smoked pepper flakes are undoubtedly a different and very special option to give your dishes all the flavor of La Vera. Made from crushed smoked dried peppers, these precious flakes are obtained in the first step of the grinding process, before obtaining the powder that gives rise to Las Hermanas paprika.
