ABOUT DIA DE ANDALUCIA
On February 28, Andalusia Day is observed to commemorate the day of the referendum on the initiative of the Andalusian autonomy process in 1980, which granted the Andalusian community full autonomy.
Many towns and cities decorate their balconies with the Andalusian flag hung on railings and hooks, and Andalusian patio competitions are held.
THE KIT INCLUDES
Acorn-fed Cinco Jotas Spain's national treasure is Ibérico ham. It's a one-of-a-kind product made from the rear legs of Ibérico pigs raised free-range in southwest Spain's meadows.

Tio Pepe is a Fino style Sherry, the most delicate and elegant of the Sherry styles, aged for four years in the flor, a unique layer of yeast produced naturally in Jerez. This wine has been picked to pair perfectly with this type of food.
