Acorn-fed Cinco Jotas Spain's national treasure is Ibérico ham. It's a one-of-a-kind product made from the rear legs of Ibérico pigs raised free-range in southwest Spain's meadows.

Tio Pepe is a Fino style Sherry, the most delicate and elegant of the Sherry styles, aged for four years in the flor, a unique layer of yeast produced naturally in Jerez. This wine has been picked to pair perfectly with this type of food.
