COOKING INSTRUCTION

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. Position the pork tomahawk on a wire rack and place it in the preheated oven.
  3. Pre-cook the steak for approximately 5 minutes on each side. Flip halfway using tongs.
  4. To ensure safe consumption, use a meat thermometer to achieve a minimum internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for medium doneness.
  5. Adjust the cooking time as needed to reach the desired doneness while maintaining the recommended safe temperature.
