What’s included in the carving kit?

Each kit includes a premium semi bone-in Ibérico shoulder ham, a professional carving stand, carving knife, and gift-ready packaging. For Masterclass attendees, we’ll also provide an apron and gloves on the event day — plus a personalized certificate of completion to take home.

How do I join the Master Ham Carving Class?

Simply purchase a carving kit and select one of the “Whole Master Ham Carving Experience” options at checkout. We’ll send you RSVP instructions and keep your kit safe until the class.

Can I attend the class if I don’t live in Vancouver?

The masterclass is an in-person experience held in Richmond, BC. If you’re visiting or local to the area, you're welcome to attend! Otherwise, you can still enjoy the kit at home — we ship Canada-wide.

Why do you hold the carving kit until the event?

To ensure every attendee starts fresh and learns to carve on a pristine, untouched ham. This allows our instructor to guide you step by step from the beginning — making for a more rewarding, hands-on experience.

What’s the difference between Bellota and Cebo Ibérico kits?

The Bellota kit features jamón from acorn-fed Ibérico pigs and is more intensely marbled and nutty in flavour. The Cebo kit comes from grain-fed pigs and offers a milder, well-balanced taste. Both are beautifully cured and ideal for home carving.

How long will the Father’s Day promotion last?

We ship Canada-wide within 2–5 business days. If you’re gifting, we recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
