Award-winning (Top 10 in the world). Hand-picked. Medium body. The intense fruity nature of Cladivm clearly reflects the nature of its surroundings in Andalusia, with passion in every drop.

The picual varietal is typical of the Jaen region. It owes its name to the particular shapes of its fruit as it ends with a peak. Its oil is rich in polyphenols or antioxidants, and it's stable throughout the year. It always smells like freshly cut grass.

Single variety, early harvest. Medium fruity green olive with ripe tones, almond, green grass, apple, and olive leaf aromas. In the mouth, it has a sweet entry, medium spiciness, and light bitterness.

STORAGE & CARE

The best place to properly store your bottle of oil is in a dark, dry, and cool place. The ideal temperature is between 18 and 24 degrees.

After opening the bottle, it should remain in the same conditions, and most importantly always close the bottle with the cap so that it does not spoil.

PRODUCTION PROCESS 

Every day the farmers transport the harvest to the warehouse and after a demanding selection process, the olives are transformed into oil in less than 2 hours.

This olive oil, Picudo is manufactured by the Aroden olive mill, located in Carcabuey (Córdoba), and has the Priego de Córdoba Denomination of Origin, hence its excellent quality.

CONSUMPTION

Ideal for pairing with intense flavors, such as garlic, onion, fresh salads, and baked blue fish, and to drizzle as a final ingredient on red meats and traditional stews. Highly recommended for use in desserts with citrus fruits such as orange and especially in desserts with chocolate.
