We want to encourage ham lovers to experience an affordable way to carve an Ibérico ham like a professional Cortador (master ham carver).

This semi-bone-in piece of Ibérico ham was artisan cured and it's meant to be easily carved. A skinless and fatless flavourful delight is ready to be set up on your ham stand and creates an enjoyable experience for the whole family.

In Spain, we called Ibérico shoulder ham- "paletawhich is obtained from the forelegs of the Iberian pigs. Ham Shoulder undergoes a similar curing process to the Ibérico ham (known as "Jamón," from the back legs), but based on different cuts of pork they behave differently under the knife and on the tongue and have their distinct characteristics.

"Paleta de cebo Ibérica 50% Raza Ibérica Semi Deshuesada" Cebo Semi bone-in Shoulder Ham, a 50-75% Iberian Breed originally came from Guijuelo, Salamanca in northwestern Spain. The pigs have been fed on natural feedings and pastures within 15-20 months of curing time. 

SERVING RECOMMENDATION

Ideally consumed the ham at room temperature, approximately 24 degrees.

Most fun of all, to maximize authentic enjoyment of the ham-tasting experience, we recommend consuming it with your fingers. It’s the Spanish way. 

STORAGE & CARE

Our Semi Bone-In Shoulder ham lasts 1 year when not opened. Store the Shoulder ham in a dry and cool ventilated place. Always cover the sliced area with plastic wrap to preserve freshness and moisture when opened. Semi-bone-in shoulder ham can last for 2-3 months if properly cared for. Avoid exposure to insects or high temperatures.

How can I register for the Iberico ham carving class experience?

We only have 15 seats each day becouse it is a personalized experience, and we will deliver two classes see your coupon and apply for the day that you want to come

What are the available dates and times for the Ibérico ham carving class?

Thursday, June 22nd, and Friday, June 23rd, from 6-8 pm. This is a one time event. 

Can I purchase a shoulder with the 20% discount without participating in the ham carving experience?

Of course! the master class it is just for the first 30 people to purchase the product

Can I bring my family to the event?

Unfortunately the space is limited, and every person requires an entire table to set up, and you'll be using delicate materials.

How many people are allowed per session in the Ibérico ham carving class?

15 per day and will be only 2 days for this special ocasion.

How long does each session of the Ibérico ham carving class last?

From approximately one hour and forty five minutes to two hours

What should I bring the day of the event?

Your product will arrive on time at your door, and you can give it to your dad on Father's Day. You or the person attending the class need to BRING YOUR PRODUCT to be adequately treated during the course.

Is it only for fathers?

You can come even if you are not a dad, the promotion will apply either way, worry up and save your spot.
