José Lou "Pelotín" Anchovy Flavour Olives 200g

Component of the Mediterranean diet, the olive is an essential ingredient in many Spanish dishes and is a perfect pairing for many of Spain's delicacies.

"Pelotín" olives have become internationally popular due to their bright green color and mild yet smooth taste. The little pellet of olive is enhanced by the anchovy-infused brine.

STORAGE & CARE

Store in a cool, dark place until you open it. Once opened, it is best to store it in the fridge. 

SERVING RECOMMENDATION

You can enjoy them on their own or for example add them to your salad, pizza, or pasta or you can prepare an appetizer like the "Gildas" that we serve in our Jamoneria Bar and Tasting Room.
