SERVING RECOMMENDATION

A delicious recipe we can make with the juice that covers the octopus is to add a splash of vinegar and slowly add a trickle of olive oil, a pinch of paprika, and salt to taste. Tasty mayonnaise is ready to dip the octopus in. We can also make the famous Galician octopus recipe as we serve it in our Jamoneria Bar and Tasting Room.
