La Brújula squid comes from the best origins and is rigorously classified by size. They are cleaned by hand, turned over, and stuffed with their own tentacles. It only complements its tasty meat with an also exquisite extra virgin olive oil. They are selected by choosing the smallest ones, with a smooth texture.

Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated.

SERVING RECOMMENDATION

This version of squid can be served in a salad with a vinaigrette, with Piquillo Peppers or you can also stuff them as you like.
