Exceptional artichokes with stems peeled by hand. Preserved in oil with a unique flavor and texture.

SERVING RECOMMENDATION

Artichokes are one of the best products of the crops of Navarre. They are also perfect to combine with Ibérico ham cubes as we serve them in one of our tapas in  Jamoneria bar and Tasting Room.
