Marinated Artichokes in Olive Oil (850ml)

The artichoke, in all of its variations, is a nutritionally vegetable that is also one of nature's most delicious. Our carefully picked artichokes are processed fresh during the spring season, trimmed, hand-cut, blanched in water with vinegar and salt, quickly grilled, and then put in jars with olive oil and fresh herbs.

Whole Artichokes in Brine (720ml)

Before they bloom, artichoke hearts are hand-selected for optimum freshness and flavor. Then they're brined until they're just perfect. They can be eaten whole, in halves, or quartered. Each bite contains a true, fresh artichoke heart that is high in antioxidants and fibre. Artichokes are also delicious in pasta, salads, pizzas, and other dishes.

 Fried Broad Beans (425 ml)

Broad beans fried in olive oil are delicious and tender. Dark green, oval-rounded shape. A real delicatessen, fried in virgin olive oil in an artisanal manner.
