Iberian chorizo stuffed in a smaller and narrower casing, thus obtaining pieces of 200 grams. Cured in natural dryers for 45 days.

CONSUMPTION

Open me 30 minutes before consumption at room temperature. Enjoy me with good company.

SERVING RECOMMENDATION

This tasty chorizo will add flavor to your dishes, and can always be eaten on its own with a few Artisan Picos Utreranos or in a sandwich with some Spanish Cheese and Olive oil. It is a delicious snack that is quick and easy to prepare.
